Requirements
- Strong expertise in data analytics tools and software, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner to executive audiences
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results and meeting timeline requirements
- Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail
- 7+ years’ experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record in managing complex reporting tasks and delivering to senior stakeholders
- 5+ years’ experience in the mortgage servicing or servicing adjacent field
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems that deliver key business insights to executive management for strategic decision-making
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide recommendations on business strategy and operations
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the company’s performance across various metrics
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine reporting processes and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of executive communications
- Lead cross-functional projects that require synthesizing data from various sources and presenting complex information in an understandable format
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain the integrity of all executive-level reporting
- Train and mentor junior and senior analysts in reporting techniques, data analysis, and insights generation
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in addition to what is outlined below may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
