Requirements
- Proven record developing & delivering automated reporting solutions and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, & Alteryx
- Solid grasp of Python and/or R
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Blue Prism, Power Apps & Power Automate is a plus
- Experience with data analytics and insights
- Experience with agile techniques
- Experience with solution development and execution support
- Cross-domain knowledge in the Retirement Services industry, preferably Defined contributions
Responsibilities
- Converting business requirements into measurable insights
- Partnering with data engineers, business analysts on the team to identify how and where data analytics can be used across numerous products, roles and services to help improve customer experiences
- Evaluating data automation opportunities and drafting requirements
- Crafting automated reporting solutions with measurable insights for customers
- Leading key initiatives in support of the WI Sales and Relationship Management’s key business objectives
- Improving process and data flows through ability to understand data and the impact changes will have across multiple systems
- Designing solutions that automate, streamline, and standardize existing business processes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, economics, statistics, data science with consulting experience
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics as a hands-on individual contributor
- Strong customer service capabilities and the ability to interact with internal associates and leaders in a client facing role
- Naturally collaborative with experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams across multiple locations
- Ability to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
