The Bank needs to manage the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data by developing and implementing data standards, ensuring correct metadata capture, and creating methods for monitoring and reporting data incidents. The role will also focus on analyzing and overseeing strategies to enhance data reliability and minimize redundancies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a data management role
• Deep understanding of data Governance, Data quality, Metadata and Master data management best practices and procedures
• Deep understanding of ETL and data modelling concepts and familiarity with tools

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing data standards
• Guaranteeing metadata is captured correctly
• Creating methods for monitoring and reporting any data incidents
• Create and maintain common data dictionaries and the tools or methods that support data standards
• Analyze and oversee strategies designed to enhance data reliability and minimize redundancies
• Work closely with information technology personnel to develop data quality standards
• Create key performance indicators and supply colleagues and organizational management with performance results

• Role is not relocation eligible
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other analytical field
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or other analytical field
• Good customer facing and communication skills
• Influencing skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Hours per Week: 40
