Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive commercial impact and optimize brand performance and patient access.
Requirements
- Expert in causal inference, un-/supervised learning, experimental design, uplift modeling, Bayesian methods
- Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, Git
- Proficiency in data environments such as Snowflake, Foundry, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- PhD or MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in applied data science or ML roles, with recent experience in life sciences or commercial analytics strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end model development lifecycle for causal inference and machine learning use cases
- Mentor and lead other data scientists, elevating team technical standards and project delivery rigor
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy leaders to understand business problems and translate them into model-based solutions
- Design and deploy experiments, uplift modeling, and counterfactual frameworks to estimate true business impact
- Contribute to model governance and reproducibility, including documentation, versioning, and code modularization
- Influence platform and tooling decisions, particularly around cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and data transformation best practices
