Requirements
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience
- OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years data-science experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years data science experience
- 5+ years of Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI products
- Generative AI experience is a big plus
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions desirable
- Publication track records at top conferences like ACL, EMNLP, SIGKDD, AAAI, WSDM, COLING, WWW, NIPS, ICASSP, etc.
Responsibilities
- Set Technical Direction: Define and drive the vision for advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI, ensuring alignment with product and business strategy.
- Deliver Scalable AI Systems: Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale ML/AI solutions (including LLM-based and traditional approaches) with measurable impact.
- Cross-Org Influence: Partner with engineering, product, and research teams to identify high-value opportunities, shape roadmaps, and establish AI/ML best practices across the organization.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and develop a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Experimentation & Evaluation: Establish frameworks for model evaluation, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring reliability and responsible AI principles.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the team’s AI strategy, staying ahead of industry trends in LLMs, generative AI, and advanced analytics.
