Fidelity Workplace Investing is seeking to support initiatives around healthcare personalization and customization using machine learning and data science

Requirements

  • Expert in training regression and classification models using typical ML algorithms
  • Experience in developing and/or deploying scalable AI solutions using LLM, knowledge graph, reinforcement learning, optimization, and/or real-time models
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • Experience with Sagemaker, Snowflake is a plus
  • Experience with data extraction, feature engineering, creating model documentation, and explaining model output to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with full stack of data science: data extraction, cleaning, and preparation, feature extraction, algorithm development, model training and evaluation, putting applications into production

Responsibilities

  • Lead data science projects at the intersection of machine learning and healthcare
  • Exploratory analysis, feature engineering, experimentation, forecasting, numerical optimization, and real time scoring
  • Developing and/or deploying scalable AI solutions using LLM, knowledge graph, reinforcement learning, optimization, and/or real-time models to solve business problems
  • Design, train, and code up machine learning and statistical models
  • Data extraction, cleaning, and preparation
  • Feature extraction
  • Algorithm development

Other

  • PhD with 2+ years of working experiences or master’s degree with 5+ years working experiences in a quantitative field
  • Committed to continuous learning and able to pick up new knowledge quickly
  • Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
