The Bank Operations Data Science team specifically focuses on building machine learning models for internal capabilities like Check/Document Reading, Anomaly Identification, Natural Language Processing of Calls, and operational forecasting, aiming to streamline payment and monetary transfer channels.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Python
- At least 3 years’ experience with machine learning
- At least 3 years’ experience with SQL
- At least one agentic system personally built
- At least one machine vision model personally built
- At least 1 year of experience working with AWS
- experience with clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time series, and deep learning.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a broad stack of technologies — Python, Snowflake, and more — to reveal the insights hidden within huge volumes of numeric and textual data
- Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation, and implementation
- Partner with a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and product managers to deliver a product customers love
- Works directly with our Enterprise Payments team to streamline all payment/monetary transfer channels.
- This ranges from ingestion, through anomaly detection, and even operational streamlining with agentic processes.
- Continually research and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Stay current on published state-of-the-art methods, technologies, and applications and seek out opportunities to apply them.
