Responsibilities
Oversee data acquisition, formatting, and documentation while mentoring engineers on best practices in data cleaning and analysis.
Lead efforts to identify data gaps and guide ethical and privacy-focused data preparation.
Assess and refine team models, promote scalable modeling practices, and introduce innovative evaluation techniques to ensure robust and reliable data-driven solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to inform strategic direction.
Write extensible, maintainable code and cultivate expertise in debugging and development best practices.
Define and align business and customer goals, explore new opportunities with cross-functional teams, and deliver pragmatic, data-aligned solutions that meet customer needs.

3+ years customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.
