Northrop Grumman is seeking DevOps engineers to develop and maintain capabilities in support of a new defense program called CHAIN (C4ISR Holistic Analysis of Networks), which has been designated by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to become the standard C4ISR intelligence and analysis tool across the entire DoD intelligence community (DoD IC).
Requirements
- Experience developing and working with containers (Docker, Podman)
- Experience with creating and maintaining DevOps CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab Runners)
- Exposure / experience with static code analysis tools (SonarQube, Fortify)
- Exposure / experience with anti-virus, common vulnerability exposure (CVE), and software supply chain scanning (ClamAV, Trivy, Nexus Lifecycle)
- Experience with Git source code management tools (GitHub or GitLab)
- Experience with Java or Python
- Experience with one or more build ecosystems (Maven, Gradle)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain capabilities in support of the CHAIN program
- Work with containerized cloud technologies to solve complex challenges
- Deliver results to support today’s modern warfighter and C4ISR intelligence analysts
- Develop and maintain DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
- Create and maintain static code analysis tools
- Work with anti-virus, common vulnerability exposure (CVE), and software supply chain scanning tools
- Deploy enterprise full stack web applications in cloud environments
