Requirements

- Experience in conversational AI, voice commerce, and autonomous shopping systems.
- Background in fintech, blockchain, or programmatic commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI-driven commerce.
- 11+ years of experience in e-commerce, AI, digital strategy, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the Agentic Commerce strategy, aligning with company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging AI trends in automated shopping, voice commerce, and personalized digital assistants.
- Work closely with AI, data science, and engineering teams to build intelligent shopping agents that enhance user experiences.
- Oversee development of predictive, proactive, and personalized AI shopping assistants.
- Drive adoption of LLMs (Large Language Models), machine learning algorithms, and reinforcement learning for optimizing commerce transactions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations are embedded in product development.
- Lead efforts to create hyper-personalized, AI-driven shopping experiences that anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
