Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Mission Assurance Engineer to support the RQ-4 Enterprise under the Autonomous Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Targeting (AISR&T) Business Unit to ensure mission success of programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 5 years relevant experience
- 2+ years performing MRB, qualified in the Quality role
- 2+ years facilitating/leading Root Cause Corrective Actions
- Experience in Autonomous (Unmanned) or Aerospace programs
- Experience with AS9100D standard
- Experience with EVMS, Earned Value Management System as a Cost Account Manager; perform CAM duties
- Experience with TeamCenter and Crucible
Responsibilities
- Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs
- Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements
- Assesses program performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance
- Perform Engineering Design and document peer reviews
- Lead/facilitate Root Cause Corrective Actions as the responsible program MA engineer
- Support as Deputy/sub-IPT lead for TRMC (Range Hawk)
- Interface with customer and government (DCMA) on Quality matters
Other
- Must have the ability to travel ~10% of the time
- Currently hold an U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field
- Ability to work in a team environment
