Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to contribute to the development of the Enterprise Browser, a security solution designed to protect businesses' online activity by isolating web sessions, filtering malicious content, preventing data leaks, and managing security policies. The goal is to provide a secure and superior user experience compared to existing solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing in Go/C-Sharp/Java/C++ or similar languages
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience with modern service architecture, with emphasis on micro services and cloud native solutions
- Experience with multi-threaded and multi-process development with a focus on performance
- Experience with golang - an advantage
- Experience in the cybersecurity space - an advantage
Responsibilities
- Create and own features from design, through development all the way to deployment and support in customer environments
- Collaborate with other cross functional teams in order to create tight integrations of product features and infrastructure
- Work closely with product and customers to drive creative and innovative solutions
