Northrop Grumman is looking to solve the problem of implementing and maintaining a standardized CI/CD pipeline for all Product Teams within the Regional Applications Agile Release Train (RA ART) of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC)
Requirements
- Linux system administration and security implementations
- Experience with various tools such as: Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
- Proficiency with CI/CD, especially within a classified development environment
- Familiarity with DEVSECOPS practices
- Skills in Linux shell scripting, Ansible playbook creation and management, Security-Enhanced (SE) Linux, and Red Hat repository administration
- Experience working in an Agile development setting
- Knowledge of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g., IPA and ADFS), OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware ESXi, QAS/VAS, Windows, Active Directory, backup and recovery, and container orchestration products
Responsibilities
- Experience working within classified environments to implement CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple software releases and build versions
- Implement and maintain a standardized CI/CD pipeline for all Product Teams within the RA ART
- Collaborate across the ART to implement and maintain a standardized CI/CD pipeline
- Work closely with the Cyber and Platforms ART to ensure that the tools and applications in the pipeline are maintained and meet security and other requirements
- Provide regular updates on the pipeline's status and work to resolve any issues that arise
- Collaborate effectively with multiple disciplinary teams, especially Systems Admins, IT, and Security
- Support the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess the flexibility to adapt in a highly dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to support business needs
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred
- Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application
- Candidates with an active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher are strongly preferred
