The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a vital component of the Missile Defense System and requires a Principal Engineer Systems to support the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels.

Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for designing C2BMC AT and DEF SW solutions that meet customer requirements
- Must have a thorough understanding of system software deployment architectures and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) principles
- Ability to understand and decompose requirements to support verification and validation testing of software components
- Ability to generate detailed, repeatable, automated test procedures
- Ability to extract data to support analysis requirements
- Ability to create procedures that test functionality
- Ability to apply Agile and Lean Product Development principles and train others through a DevOps-style environment

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess the poise and flexibility needed to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
- Must be a self-starter who can initiate research and clearly document results
- Must have demonstrated ability to lead a team of high-performing individuals across a multi-site, multi-discipline organization
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to support business needs
- A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred
