New Balance is seeking to upgrade its Warehouse Management and Warehouse Execution systems to unite core business processes and align channel sales demands with real-time supply chain status.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Postman, API frameworks, and Manhattan ProActive API
- 5+ years of experience in Manhattan WMS, with 2+ full-cycle WMS Active implementations
- Proven Experience in global delivery models, working with onsite-offshore teams across time zones
- Hands-on experience with SCI Reporting, Jasper Reports, and label generation
- Deep understanding of Inbound/Outbound workflows, slotting optimization, and labor management gamification
- Experience with host is required; experience in WMS-D365 F&O integration is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for Manhattan Associates Active WMS with in-depth knowledge of various WMS processes and procedures.
- Assist the core WMS/WES team to develop the right scenarios and features to address warehousing and logistics needs across our distribution network.
- Work closely with business and/or IT management to define business requirements for new business needs.
- Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Document the company’s existing processes; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
- Lead and Perform analysis, design, and troubleshooting for assigned project and maintenance requests.
- Ensure high quality and scalable technical solutions are implemented.
Other
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or 5 years equivalent experience is required
- Participate in the On Call rotation to the production systems.
- Work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with flexible work schedule
