Deep Sync is seeking to build and lead a team responsible for architecting their next-generation Agentic AI platform from the ground up, leveraging their 35-year foundation of compiling direct mail-grade datasets to power marketing, measurement, AI, and business intelligence for agencies and brands
Requirements
- AI/Agentic Expertise: Deep understanding of the Agentic AI landscape (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) and experience building autonomous agent workflows
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level programming skills in Python; proficiency in Java or C++ is a plus
- Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Cloud & Scale: Experience designing scalable systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Responsibilities
- Founding Leadership: Build and lead the Agentic Platform team from scratch, serving as the technical visionary and 'Head of AI' for the region
- Platform Architecture: Architect and develop the core Agentic AI platform, designing autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows to drive operational excellence
- Hands-on Engineering: Actively code and prototype key components of the system (Python/LLM frameworks), setting the standard for code quality and architectural patterns
- Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with global executive leadership to define the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Deep Sync’s broader data and identity strategy
- Team Building: Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence
- LLM & GenAI Integration: Drive the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies into our deterministic identity graph and marketing solutions
Other
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 12+ years of total software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or management role
- Location: Must be located in Hyderabad, India (Hybrid work model)
- Founding Mindset: Previous experience in a startup environment or as a founding member of a new team/product vertical is highly desirable
