Requirements
- Significant experience building various components of scalable enterprise applications
- Front-end web development using responsive frameworks like Angular
- Middle-tier service development with strong API design skills
- Familiarity with running software on Cloud Service Providers like Amazon Web Services
- Experience with relational database development is a plus (Oracle preferred)
- Experience moving towards continuous delivery using modern technologies like Angular, Java, PLSQL, NodeJS, Redux, Ionic, responsive CSS frameworks, AWS, and others.
Responsibilities
- Driving a focus within the Chapter on leveraging Software Craftsmanship principles to continuously improve our quality and engineering standards
- influence strategic backlog and prioritization decisions
- measure performance through established objectives and KPI’s
- 'align chapter members across squads and product areas to ensure the best utilization of talent
- build learning opportunities and learning day content to develop associate skills
- ensure the work performed is aligned with established road maps
- remove impediments to delivering value

- Supporting, coaching, and mentoring chapter members to help them reach their full potential, identify learning and growth opportunities, and build successful careers
- Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams in an agile organization
- Experience identifying and acquiring talent across large organizations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Decision making experience using a data-focused approach in day-to-day leadership situations and strategic tradeoff analyses
