Requirements
- Experience with large scale transformative projects
- Utility industry experience or adjacent industry experience
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams to meet organizational objectives and outcomes via large scale programs
- Experience in leading large / complex cross-functional Enterprise wide programs
- Understanding of analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to craft and steer corporate and business strategies for data, analytics, ML and AI
- Create and maintain reusable analytics artifacts and patterns, including conceptual, logical and physical data models, current and target-state data architectures
- Develop data & analytics policies, standards, guidelines, procedures and metrics that measure architectural quality and business outcomes
- Engage with implementation teams to encourage and promote use of existing models, methods, services and other artifacts and capabilities
- Research architectural paradigms and modern architecture constructs

- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to articulate concepts and strategies effectively
