L3Harris is looking to solve the business problem of supporting data migration efforts for a multi-year large SAP ERP integration project.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive level knowledge of ERP data migration and analysis, including the process for extract, transformation, load and validation steps required for a major ERP implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their data structures.
  • Experience with ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Technical skills in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CDMP, or ERP-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
  • Familiar with software development methodologies and lifecycle including change management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating a project plan of all activities and tasks required to support data migration plan for large ERP integration project.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting progress on data migration tasks, including identification of schedule and data quality risks and mitigation plans.
  • Responsible for defining a data quality management plan for data migration activities, including validation tasks, and reporting of accuracy and error correction of loaded data.
  • Responsible for defining and overseeing a data migration strategy that adheres to industry best practices and ensures seamless, accurate, and efficient data transfer.
  • Management of data extract, transformation and load activities and mock conversion events.
  • Coordination and progress monitoring of third-party data engineer tasks
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve data migration issues.

Other

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
