L3Harris is looking to solve the business problem of supporting data migration efforts for a multi-year large SAP ERP integration project.
Requirements
Comprehensive level knowledge of ERP data migration and analysis, including the process for extract, transformation, load and validation steps required for a major ERP implementation.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their data structures.
Experience with ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Technical skills in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
Certifications such as PMP, CDMP, or ERP-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
Familiar with software development methodologies and lifecycle including change management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a project plan of all activities and tasks required to support data migration plan for large ERP integration project.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting progress on data migration tasks, including identification of schedule and data quality risks and mitigation plans.
Responsible for defining a data quality management plan for data migration activities, including validation tasks, and reporting of accuracy and error correction of loaded data.
Responsible for defining and overseeing a data migration strategy that adheres to industry best practices and ensures seamless, accurate, and efficient data transfer.
Management of data extract, transformation and load activities and mock conversion events.
Coordination and progress monitoring of third-party data engineer tasks
Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve data migration issues.

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
