The company is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure ecosystems, enabling seamless integration of full-stack solutions across hybrid environments and driving innovation in infrastructure design.
Requirements
- Proven track record designing infrastructure deployments supporting mission-critical self-healing enterprise systems.
- Expertise with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their broad portfolios of capabilities and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing microservices and serverless architecture solutions
- Strong understanding of AI services from leading hyperscalers
- Solid grasp of secure AI infrastructure principles and integration with ML and AIOps
- Strong knowledge of storage, compute, database management, container orchestration, and networking
- Experience with mission critical applications such as SAP
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the infrastructure architecture roadmaps to support critical business applications and services
- Define hosting architectures across cloud native and hybrid platforms, partner with engineering teams on the usage and adoption of these architectures.
- Ensure architecture designs meet enterprise standards for zero-trust, resiliency, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Establish performance benchmarks and monitoring frameworks to guarantee optimal service delivery.
- Embed security and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST) into infrastructure design.
- Drive automation-first principles using Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and orchestration tools to accelerate delivery.
- Implement observability platforms to monitor service health and proactively detect issues.

- 15+ years in infrastructure architecture, systems engineering, or related domains
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with practical, tactical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
- Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
