Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex ML/AI systems at scale
- Comprehensive understanding of modern ML frameworks, architectures, and their theoretical underpinnings
- Proven ability to develop novel algorithms and approaches for complex problem-solving
- Deep understanding of MLOps best practices and experience optimizing ML systems for production
- Experience with AI use in BI
- Familiarity with SaaS industry
Responsibilities
- Architect novel ML model and system designs that set the standard for BI within BambooHR
- Develop advanced analytical methodologies that become core components of our data and BI platform
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics
- Collaborate deeply with BI/Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts to build practical ML and advanced analytical models/tools
- Proactively position our team for future success by creating adaptable frameworks that respond to evolving business priorities
- Establish decision-making frameworks that become standard practice for data and BI engineering teams
Other
- 8+ years of experience in ML Engineering, Data Science, or Advanced Analytical Modeling
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align technical vision with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams on multiple projects
