Requirements
- Have a broad and deep understanding on key technologies including storage, data processing, Machine Learning infrastructure, search, and serving.
- Solid track record of delivering large and complex systems with big business impacts.
- Strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Applied Machine Learning products, e.g. Search, Recommendation, and Ads systems
- Deep Ads Domain Knowledge
Responsibilities
- Drive new Ads product initiatives, leading distributed global teams, to accelerate the business growth
- Oversee the ads technologies and systems and evolve the architecture to accelerate execution and improve the reliability
- Have strong execution with the ability to drive key developments and overcome technical blockers
- Ensure solid system designs and operational excellence
- Be metrics driven and can identify big opportunities
- Build strong collaborations with partner teams
- Attract, develop and retain world-class talent
