Requirements
- A deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint, to effectively lead technical projects and provide guidance to the team.
- Experience with vendor selections and SaaS implementations
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's digital workplace strategy, leveraging Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies to enhance employee experiences.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft-based tools and platforms, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
- Drive adoption of digital workplace technologies through effective communication, training, and change management initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of digital workplace solutions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team stays current with emerging Microsoft technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Manage budget, contracts and negotiations with Microsoft.
