Axon is looking to solve the problem of providing enterprise customers with secure, scalable, and interoperable tools to unify real-time video, alarms, sensors, and data into a single live operating picture for their Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs). The goal is to drive operational clarity, rapid threat assessment, and coordinated responses while meeting enterprise-grade IT, security, and scalability requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally with physical security, GSOC, or real-time operations solutions.
  • Proven ownership of complex, customer-facing enterprise solutions from strategy through deployment and optimization.
  • Experience building or integrating with third-party physical security systems (e.g., VMS, access control, alarms, sensors, dispatch platforms).
  • Strong technical fluency in real-time data, IoT, and/or video streaming technologies.
  • Deep domain knowledge of SOC/GSOC operations and enterprise IT/security environments.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-impact environments—turning strategic opportunities into actionable product plans.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers, from on-the-ground operators to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GSOC product strategy and roadmap within Axon's RTO portfolio, focusing on real-time threat detection, situational awareness, and multi-agency coordination.
  • Deliver modern alternatives to legacy Video Management Systems (VMS), emphasizing security, scalability, AI-powered alerting, and enterprise-grade IT controls.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with Axon's broader enterprise and RTO strategy.
  • Lead initiatives that unify real-time video, sensors, alarms, access control, and dispatch systems into a single pane of glass for GSOC operators.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, deployment, customer success, and sales engineering to deliver adoption-ready features with measurable value.
  • Create scalable onboarding, configuration, and support processes to accelerate enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Partner with the GTM, customer success, and finance teams to track adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics—refining the roadmap to drive outcomes.

Other

  • Partner closely with enterprise customers (e.g., security directors, SOC/GSOC managers, loss prevention teams) to deeply understand operational workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
  • Serve as a thought partner and trusted voice of the enterprise security market within Axon, advocating for public-private interoperability and integration partnerships.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
  • Work Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
  • The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
