- Deep domain knowledge of SOC/GSOC operations and enterprise IT/security environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-impact environments—turning strategic opportunities into actionable product plans.

- Translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with Axon's broader enterprise and RTO strategy.
- Lead initiatives that unify real-time video, sensors, alarms, access control, and dispatch systems into a single pane of glass for GSOC operators.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, deployment, customer success, and sales engineering to deliver adoption-ready features with measurable value.
- Create scalable onboarding, configuration, and support processes to accelerate enterprise-wide deployments.
- Partner with the GTM, customer success, and finance teams to track adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics—refining the roadmap to drive outcomes.
Other

- Serve as a thought partner and trusted voice of the enterprise security market within Axon, advocating for public-private interoperability and integration partnerships.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
- Work Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
