Microsoft Digital is looking for a Principal Product Manager to help build and manage HR products and services for Microsoft employees, focusing on shaping the future of employee enablement by harnessing Microsoft's platforms and AI solutions to create innovative products that elevate productivity and transform employee experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years domain experience in HR tech, writing detailed product requirements and grooming product backlogs.
- 5+ years experience with strategic thought leadership, design, creation, measurement and feedback loop life cycles in product design and delivery.
- Experienced in Enterprise Learning and/or Skilling and Development platforms.
- Experienced defining and executing multi-year product roadmaps.
- Experienced applying AI in Learning, Talent and related HR technologies.
- Experienced leveraging AI to deliver individual and team business aligned value.
- Experienced leveraging AI agent infrastructure to deliver individual and team business aligned value.
Responsibilities
- You will influence and engage with cross-functional internal partners, external partners, to gather input and garner support for product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple feature areas.
- You will own and partner with others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics (Objectives and Key Results [OKRs], Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]).
- You will work with Software Engineering (SWE) and partners, to identify needed data and ensure needed telemetry is developed and obtained responsibly and compliantly; reports and explicates reasons for outcomes.
- You will determine the features or experiences to prioritize in the roadmap that will support achievement of success criteria and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- You will collaborate with partner teams to build golden configurations and drives scenario walkthroughs and thought exercises to identify problems, system friction, and needed contingencies for multiple feature areas.
- You will shares feature previews or roadmap with partners to drive engagement and to gather early feedback and Collaborates with Software Engineering (SWE), to synthesize, prioritize, and address feedback to improvement.
- As an expert, you will evangelize the feature areas they work on with internal and external stakeholders, partners, analysts, and customers in the industry via presentations, blog posts, social media, and other forums.

- This position is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work from the office and 2 days per week work from home.
