Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, including senior/principal scope
- Track record of shipping complex, multi-team systems
- Strong first-principles thinker with excellent writing and communication
- Hands-on discovery and customer research experience
- Technical and data fluency
- Experience with EMR/EHR, provider tooling, scheduling, or membership products
- Pricing strategy expertise
Responsibilities
- Define vision and roadmap for key domains (scheduling, EMR, operations, membership, pricing)
- Conduct field research; uncover clinic and member needs; translate into product opportunities
- Deliver measurable impact (e.g., appointment availability, retention, throughput, documentation time)
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch products with strong adoption and operational fit
- Use data and metrics to guide prioritization and track outcomes
- Partner across engineering, design, operations, and business leadership
- Potentially expand into GM-style ownership of a business unit
