The mission of Learning Product Team (LPT) in Worldwide Learning (WWL) - is to develop world-class, innovative Skilling Products & Experiences that inspire customers, partners, Microsoft sellers, and future generations to achieve more by skilling, upskilling, and reskilling, thereby reaching 100M+ learners.
Requirements
- Experience launching and scaling AI-powered products or experiences.
- Experience with prototyping new ideas and managing the idea-to-feature lifecycle.
- Experience driving vision, strategy and design for consumer products and experiences.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for AI-driven, multi-modal, or autonomous/agentic systems.
- Experience working with content-rich products, including content ingestion, transformation, personalization, or recommendation systems.
- Experience managing complex, integrated product ecosystems with multiple interdependent components.
- Skilled in defining success metrics, running experiments, and measuring impact for autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic experience product area and be responsible for understanding learner needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-end product development, launches and iterations.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX, research, Engineering and Content teams.
- Define goals and performance indicators and measure success with data and research.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers and content teams to build exceptional applications.
- Engage with customers and partners to validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and evangelize the product vision.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s principles for responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
- Experience launching and scaling AI-powered products or experiences.

- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
