- Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
- CSPO Certification
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
- Experience owning a P&L
Responsibilities
- Shapes and influences long-term product strategy and direction across a large portfolio or complex domain.
- Leads competitive analysis, persona research, and customer insights to guide product decisions.
- Establishes standards for product excellence, usability, and cross-functional delivery
- Builds frameworks for product marketing, metrics-driven culture, and enterprise-wide product alignment.
- Elevates domain strategy by leveraging industry trends, OKRs, and enterprise priorities.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 10 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
- 7 years of experience in product and/or experience management
- Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
- 10-week Maternity/Parental Leave
- Travel to headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina
