Federato is looking to develop the next generation of ML products for insurance underwriting applications.
Requirements
- Proven success in launching LLM/ML-driven products
- Solid foundation in AI/ML, data analysis, experimental design, and their application in product development
- Skilled at working with data science and ML teams to create intelligent search and discovery features
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with semantic search and relevance tuning
- Ability to define opportunities, build 0→1 products, and manage strategic roadmaps
- Knowledge of insurance or financial sectors is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision and roadmap that align with company goals
- Develop deep market expertise in the insurance industry
- Lead user research and discovery efforts
- Translate insights into detailed requirements and user stories
- Measure product performance by defining and tracking key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
- Drive agile product development
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
