eClinical Solutions is looking to leverage AI/ML to automate and accelerate the delivery of solutions that address clinical development challenges, fill product gaps, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for supervised and unsupervised approaches
- Experience determining data that can be used for ground truthing
- Experience designing and implementing solutions that incorporate NLP
- Experience with Agile
- Experience with enterprise software that utilizes AI/ML/NLP
- Must have understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Specialized knowledge in AI/ML or closely related skill set
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of unmet customer/market needs; identify AI/ML based approaches to automate and accelerate delivery of solutions addressing clinical development challenges; fill product gaps and generate new ideas/products that grow market share; improve customer experience; and drive revenue growth
- Translate product strategy into technical requirements and specifications
- Document requirements via creation of Agile methodology aligned Epics and User Stories
- Participate in Triage sessions, Sprint Planning, and Backlog grooming sessions
- Develop metrics to assess the success of product and features and determine necessary enhancements
- Scope and prioritize product development activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver quick time-to-market development using optimal resources
Other
- Master’s degree in data science, or in a related discipline preferred
- 10 + years of proven experience in enterprise software product management preferred
- Knowledge of the pharma and life sciences
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
