Microsoft Azure Developer Experience Growth team is seeking a Principal Product Manager (PM) Architect to define and own long-term product vision & strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for agentic artificial intelligence (AI) platform experiences and tools that accelerate application migration & modernization toward Microsoft Azure’s developer-centric cloud application platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and running distributed applications in the cloud for large enterprise companies.
- Experience in technology, cloud computing, agentic AI, and cloud migration business models and related objectives and benefits.
- Experience mapping customer needs to technical solutions and experience applying technology to create desired business outcomes.
- Ability to engage in initiatives without defined processes or known outcomes.
- Experience in a complex multi-team, strategy, and fast paced business environment.
- Experience in delivering inner-source projects.
- An advanced understanding of technology business models.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term product portfolio vision and strategy and own multi-year, multi-horizon roadmaps with incremental value delivery
- Design composable and extensible capabilities that can scale through Partners
- Align and oversee cross-functional product management, engineering, design, and marketing to deliver cohesive, end-to-end experiences that span products
- Iterate continually to measure investment impact and ensure roadmap alignment with evolving customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, field sales, market research, and analytics and engage deeply with customers to inform and prioritize product opportunities

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
