Microsoft is seeking to solve the problem of enabling document scenarios across industries by helping customers extract structured insights from unstructured content at scale through its newly launched Generative AI service, Content Understanding.
Requirements
- Experience launching and scaling AI-powered products, ideally in software as a service (SaaS) or Cloud based services.
- Experience building products and solutions on Azure AI, OpenAI, or other GenAI platforms.
- Experience with prototyping new ideas and managing the idea-to-feature lifecycle.
- Proven technical acumen and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and research teams.
- Familiarity with document processing, natural language processing (NLP), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or knowledge mining technologies.
- Background in enterprise software as a service (SaaS) or platform product management.
Responsibilities
- Drive building world-class AI application stacks that will delight enterprises and developers, delivering proven business results.
- Own a product area and be responsible for understanding developer needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing teams.
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.
- Engage with customers and partners to validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and evangelize the product vision.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s principles for responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management, software development, or related fields OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
