Azure AI Foundry is redefining model-forward development with new user interface/user experience (UI/UX) patterns, runtimes to build agents, orchestrating across multiple agents, and a reimagined management and observability layer. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building/designing AI applications stacks and agents, including use of conversational UX, agent frameworks, and platforms like GPT and Copilot
  • Technical depth with solutions leveraging generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or cloud services architecture through shipped products or solutions.
  • Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack (M365 Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, Graph Connectors, Microsoft Teams extensibility platform, etc.)
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking, disciplined problem solving, and data analysis skills used to identify the root cause of issues

  • Drive development of world-class AI application stacks* that create real business impact and delight both enterprises and developers.
  • Own a product area end-to-end* — understand developer needs, define product requirements, and lead development through launch and iteration.
  • Navigate ambiguity and unblock progress* to ship value to customers quickly and iteratively.
  • Thrive in a rapidly evolving, customer-driven environment* with short learning loops and rapid experimentation.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product strategy*, collaborating closely with UX, Engineering, Data Science, AI Research, and Product Marketing.
  • Define success metrics and run experiments*, using data and user research to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across functions with clarity and empathy*

Other

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management + OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience
  • 4+ years of experience leading product teams building products
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
