ServiceTitan is looking to solve the problem of improving customer access to financing and augmenting their offerings by developing and overseeing their Financing products. This involves crafting secure and competitive financing experiences that differentiate them from competitors and cater to market requirements.
Requirements
- Strong technical acumen and experience with financing processing.
- Ability to translate business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience with large-scale financing solutions preferred.
- Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Guide the vision and roadmap for our Financing products, understanding customer and consumer needs, and translating these into product capabilities.
- Develop industry-leading Financing offerings, processes, and optimization capabilities.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional product experience, with a focus on quality.
- Drive product success and adoption by coordinating with marketing and GTM teams to create launch plans and campaigns.
- Manage both high-level strategic tasks and hands-on execution, overseeing resource allocation and goal setting.
- Develop a strategic vision for the Financing product portfolio, handling complex issues and implementing strategic policies.
- Take ownership of several products or product areas, establishing operational objectives, and work plans.
