Requirements
- Experience working closely with data science and analytics teams to uncover actionable insights.
- Familiarity with AI-driven optimization and personalization techniques.
- Background in financial technology or B2B software serving the SMB segment
- Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes.
- Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or MBA preferred.
- Experience with agile, iterative processes.
- Experience driving product growth within a large organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and own the growth strategy for prioritized funnels, aligning with key business objectives.
- Set a clear vision and roadmap for growth initiatives across multiple time horizons, working closely with cross-functional partners to execute on that vision effectively.
- Partner with analytics and data science to uncover growth opportunities through data insights and opportunities to improve instrumentation and logging across GBSG’s portfolio of products.
- Establish and track key metric goals and countermetrics to ensure sustainable growth outcomes that are deeply customer centric.
- Drive execution of end-to-end experiments and feature improvements, maintaining a focus on velocity and measurable impact.
- Pilot innovative growth tactics that can scale across the organization, creating a blueprint for future pods.
- Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration and alignment across functions.

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving growth at scale through data-driven initiatives and experimentation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across engineering, design, marketing, and analytics.
