Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group Product Growth team is looking to accelerate business outcomes through a data-driven and surgical approach to product funnel optimization. The team needs to identify and execute high-impact growth initiatives, balancing rapid experiments for immediate results with long-term investments that drive scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving growth at scale through data-driven initiatives and experimentation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and research.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with data science and analytics teams to uncover actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven optimization and personalization techniques.
  • Background in financial technology or B2B software serving the SMB segment
  • Partner with analytics and data science to uncover growth opportunities through data insights and opportunities to improve instrumentation and logging across GBSG’s portfolio of products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and execution of high-impact growth initiatives
  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of critical product funnel optimizations
  • Leverage data and experimentation to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Guide a dedicated pod of Engineering, Design, and Data Science teammates
  • Identify, define, and own the growth strategy for prioritized funnels, aligning with key business objectives
  • Set a clear vision and roadmap for growth initiatives across multiple time horizons
  • Drive execution of end-to-end experiments and feature improvements, maintaining a focus on velocity and measurable impact
