Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in B2B SaaS, marketing, or service-oriented platforms.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience in metrics-driven product development and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis, KPI tracking).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, especially in marketing or workflow automation, is strongly preferred.
  • Cross-functional fluency, with a history of working closely with engineering, design, data science, GTM, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the ICP roadmap – Build end-to-end plans that expand Mailchimp’s value for service-based businesses, from lead capture and onboarding to client engagement and retention.
  • Drive seamless integration – Ensure Mailchimp’s services ICP connects smoothly with the broader Intuit ecosystem (QuickBooks, marketing, commerce, financial tools), as well as third-party tools common in professional services workflows.
  • Leverage AI for growth – Apply AI/ML to help service-based businesses find, win, and retain clients with less effort — from automated lead nurturing to personalized engagement at scale.
  • Deliver with excellence – Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data to ship high-quality features. Define measurable success metrics and continuously optimize.
  • Partner with research, analytics, and GTM teams to uncover pain points, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and validate solutions.

  • Deeply understand professional services customers
  • Influence and evangelize – Represent the Professional Services ICP strategy across Intuit, influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams on priorities.
  • Mentor and grow talent – Support the development of other PMs by sharing expertise in ICP strategy, customer-driven product development, and AI adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, spanning consulting, creative, financial, legal, and other client-based sectors.
  • Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable business outcomes for SMBs or service providers.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Customer obsession, with a passion for helping small businesses thrive.
