Intuit is looking to solve the problem of serving its mid-market clients better by building the next generation of end-to-end platforms and shaping the mobile strategy, with the goal of delivering powerful automation and enabling clients to save time, make real-time business decisions, and access expert services on demand.

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role, ideally with a SaaS based enterprise software company in the fintech space
  • 3+ years experience in Identity Access Management, Accounting expertise is a huge plus
  • Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach
  • Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap
  • Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations
  • Data driven, have both the holistic view and the capability to execute to build a strategy, and operationalize the plan
  • A bias for action and rapid experimentation with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead the definition and execution of a product roadmap that supports the delivery of awesome end to end, mid-market-ready Financial Services capabilities
  • Build and own a quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap to deliver on business objectives
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology synergies are understood and leveraged
  • Write high quality user stories, using an agile approach, that represent a collaborative view on the direction for the technology platform as defined by development managers and architects
  • Leverage deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior and platform performance, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with Sales and CS on tools needed to enable Sales and care teams to better serve these high value enterprise customers

Other

  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); advanced degree a plus
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
  • Passion for building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems
  • Experience in matrixed organizations; ability to drive results through collaboration and influence
  • Ability to work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, and researchers to deliver best-in-class product experiences
