This involves ensuring lead quality, building a dynamic allocation engine, and ensuring fast, reliable, and accurate delivery of leads to their customers.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of data delivery via API.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our dynamic lead allocation platform, broken down into clear, achievable milestones that are aligned with the company objectives.
- You will own and prioritize the product's roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic investments.
- You will identify opportunities to maximize revenue per lead while helping drive the perception of lead quality.
- You will define and track key success metrics (*e.g., lead quality score, fulfillment rate, lead delivery rate) to measure impact.
- You will use data and analytics to identify trends, root causes issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- You will leverage data to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement of our lead allocation, and delivery.
Other
- 15+ years in product management or a related role, preferably in marketplace or lead generation environments, or related experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
