Atlassian is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the integration of Loom across Atlassian's platform and bring the power of Atlassian's platform onto Loom, shaping how millions of users communicate, collaborate, and get work done by integrating video into workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform integrations, SaaS, or productivity tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects at scale.
- Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
- Experience managing ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products or video collaboration tools.
- Background in API/platform architecture.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for how Loom integrates with Atlassian’s platform, including Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph, Rovo, Automation, and AI-powered search.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and go-to-market—to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new video-powered workflows, from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for Loom integrations, ensuring best-in-class user experiences.
- Analyze user feedback, product data, and market trends to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver initiatives that accelerate productivity and collaboration for Atlassian customers.
- Drive the integration of Atlassian’s AI/agentic platform (Rovo) into Loom, expanding the scale, reach, and capabilities of AI for Loom’s user base.
