Global Payments needs to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of its Core Reporting Services, which are the foundation for analytics, insights, and compliance reporting across their payment platform. This role will own the roadmap for all enterprise-grade reporting capabilities, ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams have timely, accurate, and actionable data to operate and grow their businesses.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering data-intensive, high-availability products or platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure, transaction data flows, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Understanding about data architecture, BI tools, and API-driven reporting systems.
- Experience building and scaling global products with regional/local compliance adaptations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and usability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure reporting platforms that handle high-volume, real-time data.
- Define Data Strategy for enterprise transactional data in Snowflake, ensuring LOTR (life cycle of a transaction) is maintained in the database
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy in all reporting outputs, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to meet international standards.
- Enhance Customer Experience through intuitive, self-service reporting tools and APIs that enable deep data insights.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies and industry trends to keep reporting capabilities at the forefront of the payments ecosystem.
- Own the Product Vision & Strategy for Core Reporting Services, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
- Lead Roadmap Development, prioritizing initiatives that drive customer value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years within fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align executives and technical teams.
- Manage Stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations to ensure reporting capabilities meet both strategic and tactical needs.
- Lead and Mentor product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
