Palo Alto Networks is seeking to drive product adoption, customer success, and value realization by building and launching profitable service offers for post-sales functions, and creating a business case for designing and deploying AI post-sales solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of product management experience in support services, professional services, customer success or software
  • Deep knowledge of customer needs, competition, and market trends
  • Ability to create service offer strategy and plan based market analysis and customer needs
  • Ability to plan, organize, mediate, and establish priorities to achieve results
  • Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale transformations
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies fast
  • Expertise in the SaaS and/or Enterprise software industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch profitable service offers for post-sales functions (Customer Support, Professional Services and Customer Success) to drive product adoption, customer success and value realization
  • Create a business cases for designing & deploying AI post-sales solutions, developing our partner ecosystem and transforming our portfolio that includes assess business viability of services - market opportunity, competitive analysis, formulate pricing strategy
  • Drive concept to launch of service offers, get leadership buy-in, lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, IT, Sales, Operations, GTM, marketing, legal, etc) to drive new service introduction
  • Perform service updates based on internal and external feedback
  • Drive continuous improvements with data-oriented approach, defining and tracking success metrics
  • Drive transformative change within the organization, wearing multiple hats (strategy development, product & program management, execution) to do what it takes to “move the needle”
  • Marketing support and sales enablement: partner with product marketing to develop customer facing and internal collaterals. Support sales enablement by communicating the value proposition of your services

  • Proven relationship-building and influential leadership skills
  • A proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
  • MBA preferred
