First Stop Health is looking to deliver affordable, delightful healthcare for all by providing connected, whole-person virtual care to employers 24/7, and the Principal Product Manager, Virtual Primary Care will lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Virtual Primary Care product to drive real savings for clients and simplify the healthcare experience for patients and providers.
Requirements
- Depth of expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and technical integrations
- Familiarity and fluency with AI applications in a healthcare setting
- Technical fluency and credibility partnering closely with Engineering
- Capability to evaluate technical solution designs to probe risks and tradeoffs
- Strong expertise in user and market research strategies, deploying design thinking and building products anchored in human-centered design
- Intuitive familiarity with regulatory environment, including HIPAA, provider licensing, and security standards for patient privacy and safety
- Experience with virtual care, primary care, telehealth, and/or care delivery models
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for Virtual Primary Care, aligned with company goals and market trends
- Lead evaluation of EHR partnership strategy, leveraging third-party technology in integration with homegrown platform
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design to deliver high-impact solutions
- Ensure timely execution of initiatives, managing tradeoffs across scope, resources, and business objectives
- Ensure all systems are optimized and delivered for scale
- Collaborate closely with Clinical team, particularly providers, to design and deliver tooling to support clinical workflows and measurable patient outcomes
- Manage and distill user insights derived in Heap, PowerBI, and DataDog
Other
- Advanced degree preferred
- 7-10+ years in clinical product, with senior subject matter expertise in the virtual healthcare space
- Robust clinical background building clinical products at scale, with proven success leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to launch and iterative evolution
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with keen ability to present as a customer and market-facing thought leader
- Strong expertise in user and market research strategies
