Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on financial products, particularly credit cards.
  • demonstrated experience in designing acquisition and growth strategy for a 0-1 product.
  • Strong leadership with a proven track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of financial projections and the ability to manage budgets and revenue targets.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in developing and managing partnerships to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of the operational marketing plan, make key decisions, and resolve competing priorities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, ensuring the product meets the unique challenges faced by small businesses, such as limited access to credit and delayed financial insights.
  • Lead the setup, positioning, value props and launch of the credit product, ensuring seamless integration with QuickBooks and other Intuit products.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs and benefits that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth, with an aggressive target
  • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Enhance the customer experience by gathering and acting on customer feedback.
