Transforming ClinicalKey and Clinical Solutions portfolio into a role-personalized, AI-powered clinical ecosystem
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI-powered search technologies (e.g., vector search, semantic ranking, NLP)
- Proven success launching and scaling search or discovery products that deliver measurable customer impact
- 10+ years in product management, including demonstrated leadership in search, AI/ML, or digital health
Responsibilities
- Drive the search strategy, roadmap, and cross-platform delivery
- Lead cross-org execution with engineering, UX, clinical SMEs, data science, and platform teams
- Own KPIs for search engagement, usability, findability, and satisfaction
- Translate AI/ML advances into clinician-ready solutions
- Serve as a thought leader on search architecture and search UX within the broader ClinicalKey ecosystem
Other
- Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
- Empathy for clinicians and a relentless focus on reducing cognitive and workflow friction
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
