Fifth Third Bank is looking to define and maximize specific bank product(s) by defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of a product that exceeds customer expectations and drives growth for the Bank.
Requirements
- Expertise in strategic development and program execution.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of a product that exceeds customer expectations and drives growth for the Bank.
- Will define, develop and lead the implementation of product roadmap deliverables, capabilities, and adoption, supporting business outcomes and lead a robust, continuous prioritization process to maximize total value, risk mitigation, and other business benefits across the Bank.
- Will manage and prioritize the team’s backlog by prioritizing, articulating, and delivering new features from ideation through production release.
- Partner with other business functions, IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other key partners to define and execute on the product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain agreement/approval/guidance, including Lines of Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Fraud, Architecture, and related functions.
- Make decisions in complex situations to drive key outcomes in support of regulatory and compliance needs, new revenue growth, process optimization, and other business-wide analytics needs.
- Engage with research team to define and implement customer usability testing, concept. validation, and co-creation studies to gain insights and identify customer needs and solutions.

- In some work environments, will be a key leader for SAFe (Strategic Agile Framework) methodologies and will be responsible for the value delivered by the ART (Agile Release Train) by ensuring the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and related work experience.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) desired.
- Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization.
- Advanced consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep business acumen and understanding of business processes related to your product and customers.
