Drive software development and IT operations/infrastructure efforts to accomplish organizational goals and generate revenue
Requirements
- Scrum Certification Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- Working experience with utilizing and configuring JIRA and other Agile Planning Tools (CA Agile Rally, VersionOne, etc.)
- A minimum of 7 years' experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
- A minimum of 9 years’ experience with Information Technology/Software Development/Operations/Infrastructure efforts with progressive responsibility
- Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and other Certifications Welcome
Responsibilities
- Work closely with IT Leadership to understand strategic decisions and apply to Product Vision
- Develop Roadmap together with Stakeholders and multiple Product Owners
- Work with Business Partners to define and prioritize the Product Backlog
- Engage in communication as part of Scaled Agile setting across Product teams
- Utilize an understanding of market impacts and consumer preferences to drive a better understanding of user or customer needs
Other
- Bachelor's degree (Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred)
- Display past ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Stakeholder communication, status reports, including budgeting (optional)
- Model a Continuous Improvement mindset and actively engage in Communities of Practice forums and communication
