Wolters Kluwer is looking to integrate AI/ML into its products to enhance capabilities and deliver measurable value to customers, particularly within the Health division's flagship product, UpToDate.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
- Advanced understanding of large language models, including best practices in combining LLMs with search, enhancing with domain-specific content, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in software development, encompassing version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, with demonstrated knowledge in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable and high-performing code for AI products that deliver measurable business impact.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI technologies to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business value.
- Contribute through product innovations, published research, or intellectual property that integrates cutting-edge advancements.
- Establish and uphold best practices in AI/ML, including rigorous testing, validation, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of scientific excellence and continuous improvement.
- Take early ideas and build prototypes, while experimenting with advanced technologies and platforms.
- Work hand in hand with clinicians, customers, engineers and data scientists to prototype and test early concepts.

- Ability to work onsite in WK location Tuesdays and Wed and remote Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
