Requirements
- Expertise in international supplier management and global sourcing.
- Strong understanding of supplier management processes and data systems
- End-to-end knowledge of product development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry product lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
- Project Management (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall).
- Quality Engineering (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13495, ASPICE).
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent in scientific problem-solving and quality tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and qualification of new software suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with software and component suppliers.
- Oversee supplier performance, contract compliance, and quality assurance.
- Drive supplier selection, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits of sector-specific software suppliers during onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers aligned with enterprise goals.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and project management.
Other
- MS in Business Operations, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, MBA. A PhD in Engineering or a related technical field is desirable.
- 10+ years in Business, Project Management, Operations, Strategic Quality Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years’ experience in Medical Devices Quality Management Processes and Regulations (FDA 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745, MDSAP-Medical Device Single Audit Program )
