Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant technical field
- Strong foundation in scientific principles and methodologies
- Proven track record of success in scientific data analysis and risk assessment
- Demonstrated track record of learning, adaptation, and leveraging innovative technologies for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated expertise in delivery of mitigation strategies, processes, and systems, and delivering streamlined data and technology solutions for complex processes
Responsibilities
- Leading the creation and maintenance of databases, dashboards, and automated processes for evaluating large, multi-source data sets
- Identifying and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders and integrating data science solutions into resiliency programs
- Gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets, with a focus on total product resiliency
- Tracking, collating, and triaging end-to-end material issues, ensuring timely management and resolution
- Supporting the evolution of internal governance and processes concerning resiliency topics
- Collaborating with Product & Packaging Development teams to provide hands-on support for managing resiliency topics and future-proofing innovation
- Staying informed about industry trends and emerging scientific developments, and integrating relevant insights into internal programs
Other
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proactive and driven to identify and pursue opportunities for continuous process improvement
